I purchased KN95 masks - they have changed the style so that the masks no longer fit. Very disappointing.

I recently got an order from GiveHugz, and darn it, one of the items arrived damaged. My heart sank, but I messaged them right away, and wow, did they respond fast! I told Eman I just wanted a replacement, not my money back, and they didn't hesitate. They ordered a new one for me on the spot and even told me to keep the damaged one. Seriously, it wasn't even an hour after I got my package that they had my problem all sorted out. Talk about fantastic customer service! I appreciate u Eman! ❤️

The shipping company used by WellBefore (via Amazon) attempted delivery twice, both times after business hours. Despite my efforts, I was unable to resolve the issue through either WellBefore or Amazon to ensure the third delivery attempt would occur during appropriate hours. WellBefore directed me to an Amazon link, stating I could manage the delivery with updated instructions; however, I was unable to do so because the order was placed under a different email address. As a result, the package will likely be returned to the vendor following another failed delivery attempt tonight. I will not be reordering this item or any others from WellBefore. Additionally, I will be canceling our subscription items and switching to a vendor with more reliable shipment management.

The fit is great, and the adjustable straps are great ... but the masks make my face super warm. I'm sweating under the mask , which is a little gross and uncomfortable.
