Your customer service rep answer quickly and efficiently. They were very understanding. I did sign up to get monthly shipments and it would be nice to get a notice to be able to modify the order accordingly. Some mask were very uncomfortable. I have not been able to modify my order on the website.

I was genuinely impressed with WellBefore. I ordered from them several times now, and every single time orders were fulfilled promptly and accurately. Pricing was competitive and the merchandise was flawless. They kept me informed and up to date on my order from the time of purchase to delivery. I would recommend them without hesitation and will buy from them again.

Took forever to get here!
Response from WellBeforeFeb 23, 2022
Hi Roger, we are sorry to know you had these issues with delivery. We definitely understand the frustration. We've been frustrated with carriers as well. Due to the current COVID situation, logistics have been affected and the volume of packages is in constant increase, some shipments could present delays thereof. In compensation we've refunded the shipping costs fo your order. We hope this at least make things right on our side, even if it's not on us. If you need anything else, let us know. Stay safe.

I love the quality of their masks but oftentimes there is limited availability. One time they did send me different masks than what I wanted. But they corrected it.
Response from WellBeforeFeb 23, 2022
Thank you for this honest feedback, JFF. We are glad to hear that we were able to help you with your concern. Rest assured that we are doing what we can to be well-stocked. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Stay safe!

I like the masks and their quality but the operations of customer service and their auto ship is horrible. First offense was I wanted to cancel my subscription and after emailing a customer service rep who said they will do that for me I thought all was good. To my surprise it wasn’t canceled. I figured what ever I need high quality masks for my work place I’ll just deal with it. Then I wanted to change when my next package would come and overall frequency of them. I edited my account and I thought all was good. Wrong yet again and my frequency preference was not honored what so ever. The worst thing a business can do is play with your time and money. They did both
