Exceptional masks
There is no way to tell if a mask will fit unless you try it on. I have tried many masks. I have wasted money buying them in quantities more than needed to determine comfort and fit. WellBefore's 3D KF 94 style mask is the most comfortable I have tried. I have bought other KF 94 masks without adjustable earloops, and most have them have been too tight. These masks fit perfectly. I have a subscription for 10 masks every other week. These are the masks I have settled on. No more "heartache, disappointment, and wasted money."

Received info from my neighbor for kn95 masks. I ordered them. Very well made and most of all comfortable and breathable.

Poor ordering system
While ordering items fell out of my cart as I was paying! Disintegrated get masks I’d have liked. I think once in a customers basket item should be frozen for at least 15 minutes not able to be snatched away. Very poor system. Masks I got were uncomfortable.

Dear Fiona, we're sorry to know you had issues with your order. If you allow us to clarify, we're afraid to report we had a huge volume of orders we weren't prepared for back in January during the dates you were placing your order, and the reason for which our platform updated so fast in the masks stock. we worked as hard as we could to satisfy all of our customers' demand but we're afraid our efforts may have not been enough in terms of stock for everyone. we apologize for that, and the best we can do for now is to promise we now are prepared for these volumes Regards,
