Outstanding Customer service
Outstanding Customer service. At a time when one has to worry about fake masks etc, it felt good that I could trust this company and website. The mask itself was small for my 4 year old (I bought the smallest mask available), but I still valued the quick shipment and great service

I've ordered two different types of…
I've ordered two different types of KN95 masks from WellBefore. I was very happy with the first order and decided the second time to try one of their masks in a pretty color. I didn't like the second mask and so I wrote to the company and they gave me a full refund. I find them very reputable and with an excellent product.

Masks break easily
Both of the masks I attempted to use broke before I even had a chance to use them. As you know, it's important that the masks provide a tight fit, so I make a tiny loop in the elastic straps before putting on the masks. Each time, the elastic separated from the mask material at the slightest tug. I never even wore them on my head. I have not had this problem with ANY other mask type I've used.

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear you had these issues with our N95 masks, and we understand where the confusion may come from. If you allow us to clarify, we know the importance of a mask to be tight on the face, the reason for which the straps can't break in any ways or detach from the masks because they don't come attached in the first place, but instead held with hooks on each side that works as adjusters as well.
