Masks were all individually packaged…
Masks were all individually packaged and well made. The adjuster on the ear straps make them very comfortable Love to use these for travel.

Couldn’t ask for anything better
I was “introduced” to WellBefore through Wirecutter reviews. I am so happy I further researched their N95 masks and made the purchase. They are by far the best protection we have experienced with a facial mask — extremely comfortable, individually wrapped, with an adjustable nose piece and many-layers. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

First order never showed up
First order never showed up. They sent me another order, just got it yesterday. It took a long time from when they said it would arrive. Support people were very nice and accommodating. Thank you for that.

Responsive customer service
My first order of masks was delayed or lost, before it got to our local post office. Customer service at WellBefore was great, sending out a new order over the weekend. It arrived just in time for an appointment I had in one of our nearby cities, which is still being hit pretty hard by Omicron. Additionally, WellBeing is the only company that was recommended for N95 masks which allowed me to place a small-batch order. (We are a small family and do not need 250 N95 masks.)
