The N99 masks I purchased are high quality and arrived quickly. However, they do not fit my face shape very well. They are too short from top to bottom, so I cannot confidently wear them.

Dear Maria, we are sorry for your order to never show up. By any means we wanted this had happened, but as you may have wondered, we are unable to manage on how couriers handle packages, for which we are truly sorry, even if it's not on us. Not only are Wellbefore carry great quality masks, their customer service are amazing. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years and when I tell you that their customer services is amazing I mean it. I’m very critical about how company and employees responses to quality services and Wellbefore customer service went above and beyond for me when I had to returns the wrong sizes masks.
