A huge thank you to Tina, in cs, for helping with a missing order. Somehow, my package of n95 masks disappeared off the face of the earth. Tina looked into it and sent out a replacement, which was here in 2 days. 2. Days. 2. That's amazing customer service and so incredibly appreciated. My mom was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and these are the only masks she likes when she has appointments. This is the reason I have the monthly subscription set up. They're soft, easy to fit your face, light, and very comfortable. They've become my favorite, too, out of all the n95s I've recently picked up. Thank you, Tina, for being so awesome and taking care of us. And thanks to wellbefore for having a great selection and subscription plan. You've made our lives a little bit easier.

I found their N95s fit better than the N95s I bought somewhere else. I had read about them in the New York Times in an article that recommending where to buy authentic N95s, and I’m really happy with their products and service.

These KN95 masks are comfortable and well made. They're great for travel because they're individually wrapped and fold up small. Arrived promptly.

Thé website is nice but I ordered mask for my both kids and one of the size is ways too small I believe I ordered size 4 ( toddler ) for my 4 years old boy and it’s way too small so I honestly didn’t use them and didn’t had time to return them I don’t even know the process to return them. The quality is good but the sizes are not adjusted for my 4 and 7 years old .
