Quick shipping, quality masks, The petite-sized and kids masks for my 11-year-olds fit great. I appreciate the heads up before the subscription renews in case I need to skip or edit my order.

These masks are very well made and thicker than others. Unfortunately, even though i got the ones with the adjustable ear loop, these do not fit very well on my face. Also when i talk they pull down off my nose. i got the middle size, not large, which is the same as i got for the 3D KN95. Im not sure why i didnt just order those again. they are so comfortable. I know these cant fit everyone so its not a complaint, just a comment. I appreciate the good quality products that we have always received from Wellbefore thru the Pandemic Thank you very much

I called for cancel my subscription but they didn't instead they sent me the same mask I didn't want so they charged $59.00 I called to cancel again because they were ready for the third time to charge $59.00

My order was placed several weeks ago, but I have received no word as to when my order will ship, or even the status of the order. I received my credit card statement and I've been charged for the order, so payment is not an issue. When I ordered the parts, the website indicated the parts were in stock. At this point I'm considering cancelling the order.
