WellBefore is a great company with excellent customer service. I have ordered from them multiple times. Once, they sent me the wrong color mask (a box of 10). They immediately replaced it with the right color and didn't require me to return the wrong ones. They ship quickly, and always make things right! Highly recommend!

All products purchased through Wellbefore were exactly as described. The masks and tests are invaluable to have in one’s home during these times. While some products were not in stock for awhile when the pandemic numbers were soaring, communication from Wellbefore was consistent and positive.

Nice masks. Haven't used them yet - got them for overseas trip in 2 weeks. Fit well and breathe well when I tried them on. I think they'll be as comfortable as masks can be on the airplane.

Great honest company. I ordered a box of their N99 masks to try. Website more or less signed you up for your next box. Next thing I know, they sent an email stating my next box was on the way. I had sent them an email stating that I didn’t like the mask, didn’t fit my face well & could I cancel the order. They cancelled immediately even though the next box of masks were on the way. Also refunded my payment
