I like the quality and the adjustability of the mask - I also very much liked that when I had enough of a supply it was no problem at all to reach you and immediately halt further orders. No playing around! - Nice!

The masks received were well made and packaged very neatly. They definitely served the purpose and made me feel confident when wearing them. Delivery was always prompt and there were lots of notifications of when they would ship and arrive. Very glad to have found this company, which as I understand it is a small family business. Well done!

1. No way to communicate effectively with the company once you sign up for regular delivery of masks. 2. Once cancelled, the company has miscommunications and still continues to send the regular deliveries PLUS charges them! 3. To resolve it once I call yet again, they still CHARGES for the package, not offering to take it back, with NO assurance to my cancelled frequency! 4. Products are good though, TERRIBLE customer service!

After doing a quick verification on your case based on the email you have sent on February 9th, you have cancelled the subscription only, but only 7 minutes after the order was already placed, which means the order was not, and once you reached out to us stating you've cancelled both, we kindly asked you to contact us back to refund your order once arrives to your order for us to send them back and refund, but never heard back from you, which is a shame as we wanted to provide the assistance you requested in front of your case. This is the best fitting mask I’ve found and the adjustable ear loops are a great asset too. My glasses do not fog with nose adjustment & the masks are very easy to breathe thru. Bonus is all the color options! Thank you for providing an excellent product to keep me safe during these uncertain times.
