we ordered KN95 masks and they were too big. I was able to get them exchanged via chat very quickly. The company was very responsive and was anxious to provide the appropriate product. We were very pleased.

These are very well-made masks. It's nice to know that they are legit too. Masks are generally not very comfortable to wear but these are about as comfortable as it gets. I received my order in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent.

I recently subscribed and placed my first order. The 5% discount was not applied upon checkout. Regardless, I processed the order because my little is done to her last few KN95 masks. Immediately, I sent an email to customer support to request an adjustment. Within minutes I recieved the 5% credit. I'm so impressed with their quick response.

These masks are perfect. Not too tight, Nose bridge keeps them in place, they are gr8 material, and they are durable.
