I am very happy my masks purchase. They arrived on time and they fit my face perfectly. I have ordered masks previously from other companies and I didn't feel like they were up to CDC standards. I feel confident wearing these masks.

While the ordering was easy and masks were delivered on specified date, the overall quality of the masks I ordered is rather poor. The N95s I ordered leak profusely around the nose and upper cheek area. Three of six masks I have used have ripped on the chin seam. I don't have an abnormally large face or facial features. I don't feel comfortable wearing these mask and they have been dispatched to a storage drawer. I placed a previous order with WellBefore and was completely happy with the quality of the masks from a different manufacturer. Needs better than 50/50 that masks will be of good qulaity.

We know these kind of things may happen when products are made in a mass scale, and that is why we are always happy to receive our customers' reports of defective masks within the notification period for us to properly fix the problem. We like the quality of the masks we ordered, both regular adjustable KN95 and the adjustable 3D style KF94. We ordered both standard size and children's and are happy with the fit (one adult who can wear a surgical mask normally for a good fit and one adult who needs to tie the loops of a surgical mask for anywhere near a close fit).
