Placed an order. Got a shipping confirmation but the package was never scanned in. Contacted customer service about it. The response was “we canceled and refunded your order.” Great, but where arrest the masks I’ve now waited weeks for (it was during the omicron surge, so I assumed they were low on stock). Finally complained enough that I was given a coupon for free shipping. Regardless, I prefer to spend my money with companies who ship the products I purchase rather than simply canceling my order. Will not purchase again.

Hi Ashley, we are sorry to know you had this experience from our business. The honest truth is that we were managing an extreme high volume of orders that increased overnight from December to February. We weren’t fully prepared for it and some orders weren’t managed with the highest level of quality that we are always pushing for, thus the reason we decided to not keep you waiting any longer and process a refund instead, which is unusual as we (as you can see in our policies) we offer three options: reshipments, refunds or in-store credits. Unfortunately there isn’t much we were able to do on that order other than to promise you it will not happen again. We are taking extreme measures now to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We hope this at least gives you hopes we are ready to take orders as usual and process them as expected and rest assured we are working hard to provide the best service for which our customers are so happy with and the reason they return to us every time. Bought KF-94 masks. They fit great, are comfortable, and durably made. Order was delivered promptly Had no issues. Was a relief as the first set of n-95s I ordered from a different company we inferior & clearly counterfeit.

Excellent quality masks from a reputable company you can trust - and at a reasonable price. Ordering was easy; items arrived on time; communication from the company was great; and cancelling a subscription online is also super simple (which is not usually the case). Altogether a very positive (& headache- and hassle-free) experience, which is a breath of fresh air, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
