I have been buying the KN95 3-D black masks for a while. The last package I received it’s obviously made with different material the previous ones. the fabric on the face is kind of rough. I wish I can get the first ones that I bought. Overall, it’s a great product, you feel protected since it does have five layers, they are sturdy and kind of thick.

After checking your case, you filed a claim on April 1st, and on the same day the return label was sent at 9:47 am CST, but we never received confirmation you have sent it back or the label was activated on the courier's site.
