I have really appreciated the quality of the products and service from WellBefore. The subscription mask service has been great: I don’t have to think about re ordering and we always have masks. I inquired about a larger mask and customer service sent me two masks free of charge to try on the fit. WellBefore has really made this very difficult pandemic a bit easier. Thank you!

I have tried to cancel my subscription three times over the last three months, and three “recurring” orders have been charged to my card and delivered to my house. I have canceled the orders 1) using the “manage my subscription” link that was sent to me, 2) by calling a customer service representative and canceling ALL subscription orders, and 3) most recently by sending an email. I would like to return the shipment I received today that had been charged without my consent. Customer service has been extremely unsatisfactory in this regard. I am now going to notify my credit card company to block future charges so this doesn’t happen again. I have no faith that this company will honor a cancellation or a request to return an unopened shipment.
