Very pleased with the ease of ordering the masks and the speed with which we received our order. The white KN95 mask with elastic ear loops fit comfortably and snug to our faces. However, the equivalent black KN95 mask does not have a KN95 mark on it, and it is not as comfortable or as snug as the white mask. The loops seem to be longer, and it is difficult to tighten them.

The Product itself (KN95 masks, white) is 5 stars. The only reason that I gave it 3 stars was because I was frustrated with the shipping. I DO realize that these things happen. When I contacted the company about getting messages every day for two weeks saying my order would arrive that night but never did, they quickly got my item out to me. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The product is good. I would still order from this company again, though perhaps not if I was in a hurry. So, 3 stars for shipping debacle but 5 stars for product and 5 stars customer service.
