My original masks were a bit tight on the ears. Wellbefore proactively sent a no charge replacement with adjustable ear bands. World class customer Service. Am pleased with the product as well.

This mask fits perfectly on both of my children (5 and 8 year olds). They tolerate the masks for full days of school and most recently, traveling on a plane. These masks have been the best fitting and most comfortable for my kids! So glad we found you!

I love their masks! The large KN95 fits my husband’s big face just right, and the petite mask fits my small face perfectly. Masks arrive quickly, and are individually wrapped.

Great company! My order was lost or extremely delayed and the tracking info was showing it stalled somewhere. WellBefore customer service responded quickly and was very kind and helpful. They shipped a new order right away and I received that one with no problem.
