Good service, however, they don't send the same size masks from order to order and claim not to be able to figure that out. Given the size of the faces in our family, that's a problem.

Hi Charles, we are sorry to know you had issues with the sizes of the masks. If you allow us to clarify, whenever a customer receive a mask that is different from the size they requested, you are more than welcome to process a request for an exchange of the products, as we make sure to send the right size that is requested, and if that same size receives an update in measurements, which is not that often, we make sure to show their measurements on site. That said, please never hesitate to report to us if you haven't received masks of the correct size. We'll be more than happy to help you out. Stay safe.

Masks were very comfortable to wear. Often they would be out of stock during pandemic surges, but I was notified when they were available or ones in my subscription would automatically ship. Really easy to postpone shipment, or cancel subscriptions, too!

The masks arrived in a timely manner and were of excellent quality. I am small and this is the first place I was able to find masks by size that fit me perfectly and are comfortable to wear (KN95).
