Ear loop too narrow
The ear loop placement is a bit narrower ( not sure if it makes sense .. but basically my son does not like these masks because the fitting is too tight around the ears ( that it makes them bend) but super loose on his nose .. I’m not happy but we will be sticking to what we usually order from another company.

Hi Mrs Alban, we are sorry to know this had happened. If you allow us to clarify, the masks are designed in a way they can be firmly stay in the child's face and providing the best possible protection, without hurting the nose, but with the help of the nose clip pre molded from you to your child's nose bridge, it will help a lot more in sealing, and without adjusting the masks with the adjusters in each loop, this might help in leaving the masks looser on the sides. If after these suggestions you consider the masks is still to tight, then it's suggested to make a measurement of the child's face and compare with the next size up in our options for you to verify if a bigger size might help.
