Their KN95 masks are counterfeit. True KN95 masks have the following clearly printed on each individual mask: "KN95", the factory or brand name, and either GB2626-2019 or GB2626-2006 to show approval. The masks I received didn't even have a brand or factory name let alone the approval codes. When I called WellBefore to address the issue, the representative was coughing so hard she could barely get through her sentences. I'll let you draw your own conclusions. I returned immediately.

Hi Kathryn, we are sorry to know you had this issue with our products and service. If you allow us to clarify a few points: our masks are 100% authentic and are standardized with the GB2626-2019 standard and this can be found on the masks (on the low middle edge of the mask), the paper we put in each individually wrapped, and in the packaging. However, if this can't be found in the said part of the mask, we consider those as defectives since they didn't come with the markings, and we can always replace them if the customer ask for them and send pictures to help out and process it. Finally, we are sorry our agent was affected by her asthma that moment she took care of your case, and she did her best to avoid this affected the service working from home and providing the refund you requested and we understood the reasons. No questions asked. We hope this had clarified your concerns, and we are sorry this time we failed in helping as you expected. Stay safe.

These are the perfect sized masks for my 6 year old grandson. They are comfortable enough for him to wear one all day and we know they are keeping him safe. Thanks for a great product.

Dear Justine, we are sorry to know we weren't able to process the replacements on time. After doing an evaluation, we have processed the reshipment as requested. However, after processing it, we received a notification one of the items ran out of stock and sent you a new message immediately, waiting for your confirmation on the replacement we suggested, but never heard back from you, even with the 3 notifications/reminders we have sent you. We'll be sending you another reminder hoping we can still do a reshipment to help out. We will be looking forward to hearing from you.

I love buying from well before and I really trust their products. Before I used to buy the big box of masks from costco. But, when costco stopped selling them, I came to wellbefore. Even though they are the same type of mask (black, 3 ply) I can immediately tell the ones from wellbefore are a lot better quality. The costco ones are flimsy and thin, and the wellbefore masks are thicker and just overall feel better quality. There is a price difference for sure.. but I don’t mind paying the difference for better quality masks.
