I have ordered from well before twice. The first order included black and white kn95s...they were great. The second order were navy blue. Unfortunately there was a strong chemical smell coming from the mask. I called their number and not only did a real person answer the phone but they immediately refunded my money.

Hello Edeen, in these cases we advise letting the mask air out for 5-10 minutes and then trying it back on again to see if that new mask scent has faded away. However, we are glad to see you issue was taken care of with our team. Thanks a lot for your faith in our company
