Customer service is good
Customer service is good. Haven’t been happy with mask fits - and we’ve tried 4 different ones. For example - the placement of kn95 adjustable ear elastics is too low and the mask fits poorly because of it.

Regarding the product's fitting, it seems you were trying all of our products in size regular, for which we consider that maybe the issue would be the size of the masks, and since this is just a supposition, we suggest to check the measurements of the other sizes and do a self measurement of the wearer's face to determine if the regular size is in fact, the most suitable size, or if it would be better to try out a different one.
