Hi Davida and thanks for your kind words regarding our products, but we're sorry to see you had issues with the subscription process. If you allow us to clarify, we make sure to let our customers have the option to make either a subscription purchase (placed as default with the price in blue), or if they prefer to make a 1 time purchase only, to click in the respective option below the price, so they can change it and not receive a subscription for the items they want to receive just once. You know the purchase will be made for 1 time only when the price per product changes from blue to red. If you still have doubts on how to change the purchase from subscription to 1 time purchase, you can always reach out to our customer service channels to receive assistance.
