I had never purchased before. I am used to a mask with a larger coverage area. These are fine in a pinch but would not use them as my daily mask. I can absolutely say the company has reached out to better understand my concerns & offer a different mask type. I declined to try others as I am happy with current mask. Huge respect to the company who listens to customers & tries to help make right a less than perfect customer experience. The company deserves 5 stars for customer relations & follow up!

Elastic headbands need to be longer, 1 to 2 inches

I'm immune suppressed and have to mask everywhere in public. I've bought two sets of masks from WellBefore (both are the KN95 3D Pro Face Mask | Premium 3D Fit, Anti-fogging, Adjustable Ear Loops) and they are my absolute favorite masks I have ever worn! The anti-fog strip is amazing for my glasses, and the inner material does not irritate my sensitive skin. I love that I can buy prettier masks with colors and patterns (a rarity with KN95s!), and trust in the quality of the protection. The pricing is really fair, especially as you increase your bulk size orders and get more discounts. For both of my orders, shipping was timely, with regular updates on the progress. I will for sure be buying all of my future masks from WellBefore!
