Hi Michelle, thanks for your honest comments, and we're sorry to know the size didn't fit to your family. We do our best to make our masks in sizes so they can fit as most customers as possible, but we understand that even the small size may run out a bit bigger for some as not everyone will fit in the most standard sizes. In those cases, we can suggest the kids masks in size regular and measure them with our guidelines that can be seen in the product's description and confirm if that size might run a good fit. We hope this information had helped and make you come again. Have a nice day, and stay safe.

Hi Theresa, we are sorry to know you had this problem with subscription. Please kindly let us clarify that we were doing everything in our hands to avoid supplies to not run out of stock, but given the high demand we were unable to fill the demand. However, rest assured as a family owned business we are constantly working in making things better. Once we restock this product, rest assured we will let you know. For now, please accept our deepest apologies.
