Hi Winston, we're sorry to know our process was so slow to solve things up. If you allow us to clarify, there are certain items we have in our catalog that needs a previous authorization to make them happen, and the cases of TENA Night Super Pads were no exception, because given the volume of the packages and the product itself, we weren't able to act faster as we usually do, and for that, we apologize.
