Masks were very high quality, excellent. I liked how each was individually packaged, too. It was easy to pack a couple for my airport and plane use on a recent trip. Also, shipping was quick!

I have repeatedly asked the s company to stop my subscription. The products I no longer need or want keep arriving. Not sure what to do...irritated. Their product quality is fine. Pandemic risk has receeded. My account needs to be paused until it gets worse.

Because we have an family member in the house that is immunocompromised, our family must still mask in public. When the pandemic began, we ordered a variety of masks from various companies and each family member settled on "their" mask. WellBefore's KN95 with the adjustable ear loops was my husband's holy grail and he has been loyal since 2020. The adjustable ears and nose foam gave him a perfect fit. The fact that the label was subtle (not easily visible and printed in a contrasting color) was a bonus. He wore them comfortably for very long work hours and was protected even when exposed to sick co-workers. He wishes we would have bought more of the original masks. The company continues to make improvements. However, sometimes the design changes and stock issues led to disappointing results. This first happened with the nose foam, which was out of stock. We ordered again and my husband just dealt with no nose foam. Then, the adjustable ear straps went out of stock, so he tried the regular ear straps which proved uncomfortably short but he persevered. Recently, when we saw the adjustable ears were back in stock, we placed an order expecting them to be like the originals were purchased in 2020. We were surprised that the interior of the mask is now a soft white material that is supposed to be more comfortable but for my husband it immediately proved to be irritating, as he could feel little fibers on his nose and inside the mask, almost like a hair tickling you. He tried another one and it was the same. These were brand new and worn indoors. Customer service was sympathetic but it still leaves me trying to find a mask for my husband. I'd love if the website, showed the inside of the mask for the various styles or a version code or something to determine what we would get. I cannot recommend the KN95 masks at the moment because I really don't know what version people would receive. I do recommend the KN94 3D style for petite faces, though.
