The masks never arrived and while I requested an overnight replacement shipment so they would arrive before I left on the trip for which I needed them, the company refused.

Hi Elizabeth, we are sorry to know we weren't able to fulfill your request. If you allow us to clarify, and as out teammates stated through your interaction with them, we are unable to provide a one day air shipment as we do not offer that option and is not listed as one in a regular purchase either. Thus the reason we can't provide an overnight shipment. By any means we refuse to our customers, but instead do our best to let them know the options that are available and which ones are not. Unfortunately, we can't give a solution we don't have. We hope this had clarified your concern. Stay safe
