I am extremely disappointed you changed your process for the material inside your KN95 masks. The resulting fuzz is quite irritating and makes wearing the masks for long periods impossible. Note: My review has nothing to do with multiple wears or the length of time it's on my face. The mask is fuzzy the moment I put it on. "...makes wearing the mask for long periods impossible" refers to how I can't stand the irritation for long periods...not that it only appears after long periods. thank you! :)

Hi Heather, We're sorry to know you felt this way with our products meant for 1 time use only. We do our best to help all our customers the best way we can, and reply to their inquiries the moment we receive a message, with no exceptions. Please kindly note the masks are not meant to be worn more than 1 time only and for periods no longer than 8-12 hours as we always suggested. Please let us know through the email you sent if there's anything else we can do to assist. Best regards
Wendy K.
Great service, and fantastic masks! They are very comfortable. We have been using them for the past couple years during Covid, and especially appreciated how comfortable they are while we were using them during my spouse's extended hospital stay for chemo.
