The masks are great! My issue comes with the newer white packaging the masks come in. The green packaging the masks used to come in was much easier to rip open than the white packaging the masks are currently packed in. I've been struggling to open every white packaged mask, and I'm a young, able bodied person. If I'm struggling to rip them open, it must be impossible for people with dexterity or hand strength issues. If the individual packaging was easier to rip open, then I would have given this 5 stars.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with the quality of the masks, and we truly appreciate you bringing the packaging concern to our attention. We’re sorry to hear that the newer white packaging has been difficult to open. Ease of use is very important to us, especially for individuals who may have dexterity or hand-strength challenges. Your feedback is extremely valuable and will be shared with our product and packaging teams as we continue working to improve our packaging design. Thank you again for your honesty and thoughtful input — it helps us improve and better serve our customers. 💙

I don’t know why this company keeps changing the masks. These latest ones I bought are so ill-fitting.

I love how thick the mask is, however, the ear loops are too long and the mask does not seal to my face or my husband‘s face very well. Won’t be purchasing again.

(Updated review) Good prices on masks, fit better than others. However, they have the strongest smell of any mask I've worn - it almost makes me a little bit nauseous. Not sure how to address this. Update: I have been able to troubleshoot the mask odor and received support from WellBefore with my issue.
