I ordered masks and they were way too small for my husband and I. After I left a 1-star review WellBefore reached out and offered to refund the masks that we had not opened, and I could send those back. We appreciated that option, despite being disappointed they were too small!

Well Before has amazing product. My family uses and prefers the Well Before masks to any other. We use the KN95 3D masks, the small, reg and large. The customer service and communication with this company is amazing. You are informed during the whole process of your order.
