These are the most comfortable masks - I got the ones with the adjustable drawstrings. Love the padding around the nose. Was stuck on a plane for 14 hours and wore it the whole time. So much better than the KN95s I had purchased in the past. I think going forward I will always be wearing a mask when I fly as the airport and plane is a germ fest.

I always receive my masks in good time and like the way they fit. Customer service is also very friendly and helpful.

Quality masks… fast delivery, wish they would get more stock of masks in the green and burgundy color. The only mask I order.. as they are individually wrapped and fit well.

Received order in a timely manner. But the real customer service came when I needed an itemized receipt to turn into my insurance comp. for reimbursement for the covid tests I bought from them. It was after 5 pm when I was on their website looking for contact info. I decided to try the bot chat. I hate chatting with a bot, but this was different! It actually told me that I would receive an invoice within 2 to 3 business days. Then I found a phone number that said it had customer service until midnight. i called, a person answered. After I explained what I needed, the person called me by my name, said that they knew what I needed and I would receive my invoice by 8 am tomorrow. It was there at 8 am!! I would definitely use them again. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!!!
