Highly recommended!
Amazing, reliable products backed by great customer service! I always get the Wellcome Series 3D KN95 masks and they are my favorite masks I've gotten from any retailer. My most recent order got lost in shipping, and after 5 minutes on their live chat they reissued my order free of charge! Shout out to Jocelyn and the whole team for this wonderful service!

Shipping charges to Hawaii
WellBefore continues to require a premium for shipping to Hawaii despite its use of USPS which does not charge a premium. Also there is no free shipping to Hawaii. This matter has been brought to the attention of management numerous times over the past few years and despite assurances that it will review the policy, no changes have been made.

WellBefore kept me updated from start to finish - in regards to my order. The masks are simply the most comfortable, and snug fitting, KN95 I have worn. I wear masks, Mon-Fri, in the office environment - to protect my wife who is unfortunately immune compromised.
