I had been a regular customer for years. Then my package didn't show up. I called Well Before when my tracking of the shipment noted my order had been delivered. I was told, 'contact your carrier."' I said..." it's not MY carrier, it's yours! Please help." No help. Not even an apology or any options for what we might do to address the situation. Currently looking for a new source.

I love the large kn95 masks! Only one I've been able to find that is comfortable on my face and around my ears with the adjustable straps. I only wish they included the kn95 Pro in a large size so I could get a comfortable nose seal as well.

I’ve had a subscription for the 3D KN95 Mask with Adjustable Ear Loops for almost a year. The masks are great, I have asthma and sensory issues and they're able fit to my face without touching my nose or mouth very much as well as being easily breathable and comfortable even when doing laborious work. Due to my fluctuating work schedule, I often have to push back the shipment or request it sooner. The website makes it extremely easy to do and they send you a reminder a couple days before so you can change it if needed. Thank you, please keep up the quality, I have to protect myself !
