I don't understand the bad reviews , I have just recieved mine today, and am so pleased with it ,it appears to do everything it advertises, The only problem was the delivery from avri they left it in the hallway of a block of flats did not ring intercom , Fortunately a neighbour brought it to me, I would love another toothbrush for my husband but cannot afford this delivery company's bad delivery so will buy some where else,the tracking number H00RVA0455718447 If you want to follow up , I waslucky to get it.

Wellawhite invoiced me before I'd even finalised payment on PayPal, they also doubled the order and added extended warranty and premium postage. They made it so hard to work out the transaction by having 3 different deductions from my bank for the 1 transaction. PayPal won't help because Wellawhite make it look legitimate. This mob Wellawhite are scammers and if you do business with them you are likely to be robbed and left with no way of recovering your money. Please take time to read the 1 star reviews and you will see I'm not the only one.

I did have to send the product back as i couldn’t get it to work which may have been something i was doing wrong. However I phoned the UK help number supplied with the water pick and spoke to someone very quickly (Nile was her name) who was very polite and professional on the phone. I sent the product back as per the instructions and got a full refund very quickly. I cannot fault their customer service and would happily deal with this company again.
