I would recommend the Welcome Wagon to businesses trying to get in front of a new audience. They have a great concept and makes it easy for new comers into an area.

Welcome Wagon has helped us to reach out to new customers at a reasonable cost. Kendra has always responded quickly to any questions or ad changes we have had and they are easy to work with. We recommend them for all these reasons.

We are very pleased with the postcard. The Graphics Department did a fine job. We are pleased to be partnering with WW to help new neighbors find the quality chiropractic care that they need. Thank you for the efficiency and professionalism of our rep, Teresa Fundaro.

Great service to reach new members of the community. We don't offer many coupons or host sales, but we see a Welcome Wagon coupon every once in a while. We offer a refurbish of one item, which is around a $40 value. We also have a fabulous representative, Dori Timberlake, who is knowledgable and shows that she really cares about our performance.

Very happy with our representative! We have not seen any response from people new to our area but we are hopeful to see a response seen!

Did not have a local rep managing account pretty much all of 2018 so ads were not being updated, no outreach, no one calling back. Position had turnover. Offering 4 stars today because our new contact, Adrienne, stepped in and offered support immediately, apologized for mis-management, and presented us with the many reasons Welcome Wagon is truly a unique, quality resource - a way to get your business in front of new residents in a community.
