Dear Customer, Thank you so much for this thoughtful 5-star review! We are thrilled to hear that your purchase experience was seamless and that the delivery exceeded expectations—arriving within just four days. It’s also wonderful to know that the product matched the description perfectly and that our packaging kept everything secure during transit. We’re especially glad to learn that the comfort and support have been a pleasant surprise. Your feedback about the modular pieces shifting on smooth flooring is incredibly valuable to us. While the individual sections are designed for flexibility and easy rearrangement, we understand how stability is key to daily use, particularly on non-carpeted surfaces. Your suggestion to use Velcro or non-slip pads is spot-on, and we often recommend this simple fix to enhance floor grip. Rest assured, we are also sharing your insights with our product design team to explore improved connection features in future iterations. Thank you for helping us improve—we’re here should you need any further tips or support! Sincerely The Welax Support Team

Dear Customer, Thanks so much for the feedback! We’re glad to hear the setup was hassle-free and that the sofa is meeting your expectations. Many of our customers actually prefer a firmer cushion, as it provides better support and holds its shape longer over time—especially at this price point. Since you've just started using it, we hope it continues to serve you well. Thanks for choosing us, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything! Sincerely The Welax Support Team
