Dear Customer, First of all, thank you for placing your trust in us despite your previous unsatisfactory experiences with other chairs. We fully understand the importance of proper back support—especially for those dealing with arthritis—so it means a great deal to us to hear that our chair provides you with comfort and satisfaction. Regarding the issue you mentioned about the backrest not locking into position: we take your feedback very seriously and want to ensure you can utilize the lumbar support feature exactly as needed. I have attached a step-by-step video to this email demonstrating how to adjust the backrest. Additionally, we are delighted to hear that the footrest design accommodates your cross-legged sitting style and that you are pleased with the chair's stability and recline function. Your feedback drives our continuous improvement, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable insights. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or require additional assistance. We are always here to help! Best regards, The Welax Support Team

Dear Customer, Thank you so much for this amazing review! We love hearing that your Pink S3 Pro arrived nearly a month ahead of the pre-order date — we know waiting is the hardest part, so getting it into your hands early is a win for us too. And "total upgrade from a regular chair" is exactly the reaction we were hoping for! You nailed everything we set out to achieve: sturdy, comfortable, and aesthetic — with a footrest that lets you kick back and stretch out whenever you need a break. Hearing you call it a "total game changer" absolutely made our day. We're also thrilled our support team could keep things quick and responsive for you — great products should come with great service. Sincerely The Welax Support Team
