Ordered three pairs of shorts that were in stock at the time over two weeks ago. Received zero updates. Reached out via chat and email over a dozen times, which led nowhere. They say item is shipped however, I can confirm it has not from what I have seen. Every time I talk to them, they say they will investigate. However, they never give a response . They will not refund or cancel my order after multiple weeks. No live person to talk to over the phone. Will never order from here again.

I am highly upset with their return process. I was told I could return a hoodie as long as there was no name or number. Logo was fine. However they refused to give me my credit. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

6 weeks after ordering team sweatshirt, no order, no explanation, no return email, no return txt, no return phone call. I've ordered from them before, without issue. But their customer service and service in general is clearly going down the shitter. No accountability! Unless I have to Thru a team, I will never be back as a customer!

I recently ordered a pair of cleats online for my son, but they didn’t fit which is understandable since every brand fits differently. Went to return it at a We Got Soccer store and said we had to do it online since that's how we ordered. Well, to find out the customer has to pay the shipping to return the cleats. So now it's costing me $25+ to return $175 pair of cleats and they have a store 5 miles away. This business model won't last. I have 3 boys in soccer and will NEVER shop here again.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE GUYS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THEY DONT DO RIGHT BY THEIR CUSTOMERS. I was shipped the wrong item, which happens, but the customer service was awful. They had zero concern about the item I already paid for, their entire concern was getting back the item THEY SENT OUT INCORRECTLY. No mention of “we will get this out as soon as possible” or any kind of customer first accountability. Not until I called them out on it their negligence, did they address my item. Which they said they will send out once they receive the wrong item. I’m looking at a month from my original order date. Your mistake. Act in good faith and send it out. Majority of people will@do the right thing. OR send it out when you do receive the incorrectly sent item, but also refund the guest. Which the did send me a message that I would be refunded and sent the correct item, but when I clarified, they said, no, that’s a mistake. One or the other. Refund or item a month later. Brutal.

ABSOLUTE SH. Site decides what size I wanna get and customer support is the worse ive ever seen and they dont even check them I bet. if they would have better customer support all These FKN issue wouldnt have happened in the first place

Sketchy as F. Ordered daughter's uniform. One of the team shirts said backorderd - it's been. 45 days. I've emailed and called them leaving a detailed message. O% communication. Obviously they basically stole my money since I paid for a shirt that never came.

No stars actually!! I bought my son a pair of cleats that did not fit. I cannot get any response from their email, chat or any of the 6 retail locations to help me with a return. Do not buy from this company.
