Fantastic customer service! The team at Wetgotlies responded very quickly to my email regarding my recently delivered product and helped me resolve the issue right away. They contacted me directly via phone and then called me back to let me know that a replacement product was on it's way! Thanks Nicole and everyone at Wegotlites! I will definitely purchase from you again:)

I recently ordered some lighting through Amazon Marketplace from We Got Lites, and run into some problems. I wrote an email to We Got Lites, and I had an immediate response. Joey (Joseph Mahon) was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and arranged to have a new shade. Highly recommend using We Got Lites, they stand behind their products. Outstanding!

I was very impressed with their amazing showroom and I have never saw anything quite like it. There are some beautiful chandeliers hanged in the middle of it and the rather large selection of different lights. Everything is beautifully displayed and I ended up buying 2 small table lamps for my bedroom. A great showroom, great customer service, this is a place worth a visit, even if you don't intend to buy anything!

This is now my store for buying lights. I am so happy with merchandise. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly in every way. Denise goes out of her way to be knowledgeable and helpful. Even the staff that helps carry and load the items into the car are so very friendly and very careful. If you haven't visited this store yet, don't wait. You will be truly amazed at this beautiful store. I LOVE it!!!!
