My customer service representative, Joey, was very informative and patient with my questions. WeGotLites goes above and beyond! I recently purchased a beautiful crystal chandelier that went bad after only a few months. I contacted WeGotLites and immediately received a response. Michael in customer service was able to handle my claim and work with the manufacturer to get me a replacement chandelier right away. Michael kept me informed every step of the way throughout the whole process. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service from this company. It is definitely nice to call a number directly, and speak with someone in the US. I highly recommend this company to others and would like to thank Michael for his quick responses and excellent customer service! I will definitely be ordering from WeGotLites again!

This is my second experience with WeGotLites. Both times customer service has been excellent. They kept me updated on my order from the point of sale to my delivery. Follow up on customer satisfaction is a rarity these days but Nicole made sure everything was taken care of and this stood out to me.
