Customer service is quick.
Customer service is quick to respond to issues. In fact, I don’t have any issues with WeFunder’s service itself, just the fact that some campaigns are clearly false and/or are merely people posting impulsive messages disguised as actual companies/campaigns. There needs to be some screening as this will eventually result in people spamming or making a mockery of this platform as it gains popularity and result in WeFunder losing credibility.

Hi there! Thanks for reviewing us! We are glad you had a great experience! Any company that has a live raise - meaning they have a Form C filed, requires basic background checks on founders and multi-step reviews of all campaign materials to make sure they meet all legal requirements and Wefunder policies. However, beyond that we do not vet or select any companies. It is up to investors to evaluate the quality of each investment.
