Hi Jeff, Thanks for reaching out. I see that you emailed us on January 14 and I responded back to you on January 15 letting you know that your investment was confirmed and even attached your contract to it. You can see all of your reservations and investments in your investor dashboard by visiting www.wefunder.com/portfolio. Here, you will be able to see the status and payment information for all of your investments, and download your contracts if applicable. Your investment is using the SPV (special purpose vehicle) structure, which means you are buying shares in the SPV, and the SPV is then buying shares in the company. SPVs are common in the investing world, because they allow the company to represent all of their investors in one line on their cap table. That’s important both for their record keeping and their ability to get financing from institutional investors in the future. Because you bought a piece of the SPV, which then invested in the company, you won’t see a stock certificate for your shares. Instead, you can view the agreement you signed with the SPV on your Portfolio page.
