Hi Mustafa, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry that you feel unhappy about our response times - we work hard to make sure everyone is responded to. All K-1s that were to go out have been sent months ago. There are only a few that are remaining and those investors were contacted. You do not have any K-1s for 2021. There was a disbursement for one of your investments in 2022, but that would be for next year's taxes. There were no taxable events that happened in 2021 for your investments, therefore there are no K-1s for 2021. Best, Merc Head of Investor Success Wefunder, Inc.

Hi Doug, I'm sorry that you have had this experience. Although we did much better with getting our tax documents out this year, we still had areas where things fell through the cracks and we have taken notes on this. I know that our tax team has been working a lot with founders of the last few companies that didn't have the K1s out on time. Again, we apologize and we will do better. Hi Ian, Thanks for reaching out. I was able to look into your account and you indeed did write in recently and there wasn't a response given. Unfortunately, your email was in an inbox that wasn't being monitored - which I have since fixed. My apologies for that. Just wanted you to know that we do basic background checks on founders and multi-step reviews of all campaign materials to make sure they meet all legal requirements and Wefunder policies. After that, we leave it up to the investors to decide the quality of the investment they are making. That being said, I have tried to contact the founders from the company that you are referring to myself and am not having any luck. The emails are no longer working, the website is no longer available. I have only been able to find one of the founders on LinkedIn and am awaiting a response. As for the reviews having been there before being responded to - when I was brought on last fall, I wanted to improve our investor experience - one of these things making sure we respond to our investors on sites like this. Hi Andrea! I'm sorry you feel you weren't able to get help. You sent us an e-mail on December 7 and we responded within a few hours letting you know that your money is in your Wefunder Cash account that you can transfer back to your bank account. Unfortunately, we don't have any e-mail from you prior to this asking for assistance. This money is still there - as of January 5 - and you have yet to respond to our e-mail or initiate the transfer. We want to help so please don't hesitate to contact us.

The oversubscription for that company did not show Wefunder in the best light and we learned a lot from that experience. We have since then improved things to prevent an experience like that happening again for our investors. We have expanded our team and are now able to provide a much better investor experience.
