Please DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. I completely agree with other reviews, this company is just trying to get money out of people. I had a refrigerator inspected and was told it needed a new motor. But when the technician showed up after more then three weeks he only brought a fan. He told me it was over 124 dollars, but I know better. Then he tried to charge for installing a motor. And when I complained they lowered the price, but still overcharged me. Neither the repair nor the fan were worth what they charged. DO NOT USE these guys. I have left many reviews over many websites and never one as bad as this business. I will make sure to leave a review in every website I find this company at.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It seems to be a common practice for them to scam people out of their money.In June, I had the suspension rods on my washer machine replaced for around $400, with about $200 of that being labor. Unfortunately, just three months later, the same suspension rods failed again, causing the drum to fall into the machine. When the technician Andrew returned, he initially tried to charge me more than he had the first time. After I brought this to his attention, he agreed to charge the same $210 in labor as before.At that point, I spoke with the office, and they acknowledged it was only five days past the 90-day labor warranty. They said they would see what they could do and speak to the technician. The technician stepped outside to speak with the office and then left without further notice. He did leave the parts with me, as they were covered under warranty, but refused to do the labor without a full additional payment.When I contacted the office afterward, they stood behind their business practices. I explained that not having a labor warranty matching the part warranty showed that they do not stand behind their work—especially since after having the washer machine for four years, it ended up in worse condition than before the initial repair.

I had a great experience with this company. Their customer service team was very helpful and answered all my questions, and the technician was friendly, helpful, and arrived on time. He even provided me with instructions on how to take better care of my unit.

My experience eas horrible I used Cinch Home Services, and they sent a company called We Fix Appliance; a technician named Vitalli came to my house to check the washing machine. He said some supports needed replacing, but twenty minutes later, he knocked on my door to say he had to get approval for the part from Cinch Home Services and that they would call me. They never called, and when I contacted them, they had denied the repair because the technician had submitted photos of my washing machine showing a dead mouse. A representative named Dexter suggested I open the machine to verify the alleged photo—which neither company ever actually proved to me—and I found nothing; I even took photos and videos myself. Cinch declined the repair. Mr. Vitalli lacks professional ethics; his duty was to inform me of what he actually found rather than lying to me. The company wanted to charge me another $150 just to have Vitalli verify his photo—essentially to see if he had mixed it up with a photo from a different washing machine—when in reality, there was never any animal, and the cables were not broken.
