After going back and forth as far as ideas and designs it came down to the wire. The original rep I was working with moved on and Sommer picked up and ran. She was extra helpful and responsive. The impression you get from the site is that the monogram is one piece and it's not. Each letter was separate, rather, thin and light. Doesn't feel as if it is worth the price. If I had it to do all over, I would not buy again.

This particular product is lightweight. Each of our monograms are cut individually to give you more flexibility in the placement of the toppers on your cake.
