Complete Waste of Money
The pens did not work on the letter we bought for our guestbook...needless to say we don't have a keepsake from the day of our wedding and you cats put a price on that. $80 down the drain with no guest list...and they won't refund their defective product. Terrible customer service 😡😡😡😡😡

Courtney, I sincerely apologize that the metallic silver Sharpie pens that were included with your guest book did not work. A refund for those was issued when you contacted our customer service department regarding the problem. All of the pens included with orders are new and have never been used. I'm unsure as to why they did not work and wonder if possibly the lid may have been left off causing them to dry out. Again, i sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience this caused. Customer Service Great/PRODUCT NOT SO MUCH FOR THE PRICE
Very dissatisfied with this product. I ordered a 4 and a 0 for a cake topper for our 40th anniversary with red Crystals on it. It looks like cheap gray plastic with crystals. When I inquired to Holly Crump (which she was great to work with) she told me it was metal!! No way does that look like metal at all. It's s flat gray plastic color. I paid over 90.00 for something that is very cheap looking. When I inquired Holly said well there is Swarovski crystals on there. There is maybe 10 crystals total and believe me I know the cost of these crystals. BEWARE before you order this product! Definitely not worth the price!!!!!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the cake toppers you received. The color you selected your toppers to be finished in is the Anodized Silver color. We sent you a link to the powder coated color book, before your toppers were made, and this is the color you selected. Powder Coating is a baked on finish, very similar to a painted finish. It has a metallic sheen to it but it is in no way Shiny or Polished which sounds to be the finish you were wanting. We explained, at the time your order was placed, that we do not offer any type of a polished or shiny finish. The cake toppers you received are metal, solid aluminum, not plastic. Again, I apologize that you are unhappy with your custom made cake toppers. We will follow up with you personally to try and resolve this problem.
