Received timely after order and was easy to set up. The WeCreat program is easy to use.

As a creative business owner and existing WeCreat Vision laser user, adding the WeCreat Lumos to my studio was an easy decision—and it did not disappoint. The Lumos delivers clean, professional engravings with impressive consistency across multiple materials. I love how intuitive the software is and how seamlessly it fits into my workflow alongside my Vision. The compact, enclosed design makes it perfect for a home studio, and the quality of the finished products has helped me elevate my brand and expand my offerings. I genuinely enjoy working with WeCreat machines because they’re designed with creators in mind—and the Lumos is no exception.

It was really easy to order. Any questions I had customer support was really quick and knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all my questions. Once I received it, it was very easy to set everything up and to get started. I’m still learning all the settings, but so far there’s nothing very difficult on understanding or learning.

It been great so far! Fairly easy for this GMA to set up and get running!! Lol
