The laser engraver was easy to set up as I followed the set up instruction closely. I watched the provided sample videos that helped me as well. It was very easy to start and trying a few sample projects. The machine almost works like a standard computer printer! I do believe that software should be updated to include more engraving material settings. The software comes loaded with several materials as a start. The software expects the user (me) to experiment and determine the settings for more materials. I will be using common wood like pine or maple. Surely, these are standard material settings. I don't like this feature at all.

The hardware is top notch and has features above its weight class. Unfortunately it is clear that this is primarily a hardware company and that they are neglecting their software. MakeIt, well does not make it! Looks ok but basic functions are awkward. Management of layers and assignment of power to layers is very much error prone. If WeCreat does start prioritizing more on their softwares bad comments will start affecting the reputation of their great hardware

Other than a slight shipping issue with one of my orders everything has been great. I own 2 of their lasers. 45w Vision Pro and a Lumos. I use both of these on a regular basis. I've been using these machines for 4 or 5 months now. I have also used some of their materials.

I am having problems with the system crashing when I Auto Focus . I am working off a MacMini. Do you have any suggestions?

Just getting started learning how to use the machine and the software, so far I am impressed with the machines cutting ability as well as engraving capabilities

I love the machine, but it has it quirks. Support is spotty. Machine will no longer auto-focus, even though I have followed all the troubleshooting options. Website is not easy to buy replacement cables. Bought the upgraded rotary, no instructions on how to re-work the original to make it fit correctly, and now it does not fit all the glasses I have.

Cut's very well - just as advertised

This unit and software are very intuitive. It's been a seamless transition from my prior laser.
