I can honestly recommend Webdesign Maisters not because they are perfect, but because they strive to achieve perfection in what they do. When Ray asked me to leave a review on Trustpilot, I genuinely believed he meant it when he stated, “that my feedback would help them improve their service”. It has been a bumpy ride; however, I can admit that Webdesign Maisters is in the business of arriving at a solution that is meant to bring your vision of your project alive. Ray and Adam genuinely enjoy what they do and strive to achieve your desired solution and satisfaction. They have recommended and employed a custom solution that saves me hundreds annually, not because they had to, but because they wanted to provide me with a solution that met my budgetary constraints. Patience is the key when working with Webdesign Maisters, if you have a critical deadline, be explicit in describing the urgency so that the team can work within your time horizon. And above all, show respect and you get respect. Lastly, they need to better disclose up front their intended phasing plan, if they wish to ensure that customers do not fill like they are being upsold as a pose to this is Webdesign Maister way of helping them maximize their full potential. Something I have already expressed my concern over, that I hope they improve. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with them as my business grows.
